Physical and mental illness is what started me on this path to wellness. I have seen profound healing of mind, body, and spirit since adopting a clean, plant-based diet and a daily yoga practice and I am passionate about inspiring others to claim their own personal transformation. Sessions can be booked as: private yoga, mindset & life coaching, special skills (advanced poses, handstands, etc), holistic nutrition, or a combination of the above. Each session is curated to meet your individual needs.
