Hi, I’m Jenn I’m Canadian, thanks for coming by! I am certified under Yoga Alliance & Svastha Yoga. I continue to study Yoga Therapy in my spare time. My success with private instruction is due to my level of patience and genuine interest in seeing people have fun while working towards their goals safely. A little about me; I have a soft kind nature, I smile a lot & my gift is my ability to make people feel safe and welcome. I healed myself from a complicated health battle with adrenal exhaustion, hypothyroidism and celiac disease while living abroad in Dubai. I moved to Bali to study the magic of balancing the body, mind & spirit through Yoga. I have made Yoga & Wellness my full-time gig after many years working in the corporate world which I also loved. I teach an assortment of yoga styles both active and passive. I’m able to teach beginner, intermediate and advanced students. I also offer 8 Yoga Therapy workshop focused on stress & anxiety management, I teach real-life takeaway tools you can use! Life, of course, is about balance - I'm also a big fan of lighting up that internal fire! Was looking for a great yoga instructor and found much more!
I’m a 40-something female long time yoga enthusiast, living in Toronto. I recently started practicing on-line with Jenn and immediately loved her great energy and clear, informative teaching style. I approached her with some joint and flexibility questions and learned she also has a background in yoga therapy. She was able to do a mobility assessment and test my range of motion. This is amazing! I’m finally getting answers to long time questions and concerns, and I’m excited to start working with the personalized plan and recommendations she’s created especially for me. Her love and enthusiasm for yoga and truly helping people shines through.
Excellent session and awesome instructor!
I'm a 32-year-old male living in Toronto, but originally from Jordan. I met Jenn at Christie Pits park during one of her excellent yoga sessions, which was right before COVID. Since the quarantine has started, I've been enjoying and learning a lot from attending Jenn's yoga sessions through Zoom. This 1:1 session was dedicated towards teaching me basic yoga postures in detail. Jenn is an incredible instructor who leads by a strong example accompanied by clear and concise instructions, and I've been enjoying all her sessions and learning a lot from them.
Yoga in my home from miles away!
I’m a 29 year old female who lives in NYC, but I met Jenn in Bali when she was teaching there and I absolutely loved taking her classes. I was very excited to be able to do yoga online with her since we live so far away. I don’t have a laptop but the set up instructions were very easy to follow and set up using just my iPad and cell phone. Through out our session she was able to give me cues and correct my postures just like I was back in a studio class with her. All of this was done without me even leaving my bedroom! This was a great experience and I will absolutely be doing more online yoga with Jenn!
Private Yoga class from the comforts of home
I did a Hatha flow level 1 yoga class with Jenn and it was very enjoyable. She asked about my limitations and kept them in mind throughout. We had a couple technological issues at first, but Jenn was very patient & it ended up working well. Jenn has a relaxing voice and coaches you through the moves in comfortable manner, helping with corrections and tips as we progressed. I felt rejuvenated afterwards and look forward to booking another class soon!

My roommate and I had the pleasure of taking an online Vinyasa Flow class with Jenn. She was able to cater to both the abilities of me and my roommate with easy to follow cues and instructions to transition or adjust between and during poses in addition to advancing or modifying movements if needed. Beyond her instructional expertise she made the experience both grounding and light hearted at the same time. A must try for any experience background both individual or with a friend or partner!
Great yoga session from home! On the other side of the world!!
Great yoga session from home! Jennifer was very helpful in organising the session. She asked me what kind of session I was looking for, if I had any injuries or limitations. She provided me with all the information to set up the space (material needed, water, the best place and setting for an optimised session) and on how to set up the account and go live. Being in Bali, I could not open the live session on my mobile and Jennifer was very helpful (it did work eventually but took a very Long time to download). We ended up doing the session with only the computer and she adapted very well to that situation. The session in itself was very good. We did a yin yoga session for stress relief and Jennifer guided me through a very well prepared, gentle sequence, which is what I really needed. She gave space to settle in the postures and offered to use cushions which really helped the relaxation. I felt energised and completely relaxed at the end of the session. I can still feel the effects a week after. Jennifer also gave me some very useful tips during the session as she is also trained in anxiety and stress relief. I would definitely book another session with Jennifer.
Customized private yoga class...without leaving my house!
Great way to have a private yoga class without having to travel to a studio. Jenn sent me questions a couple days before our session about what level and intensity of class I was looking for, any poses to avoid or injuries to be aware of, etc. I was looking for a very low intensity class while I’m recovering from an injury, but looking forward to a more vigorous sequence with Jenn when I’m feeling better. It took a few minutes to get the technology sorted out, but after that it was almost like being in the room together.
