Payments and Refunds
On rare occasions, guides may need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed session. In these situations, WiseGuides ensure that your payments are pending payments are cancelled and confirmed payments are refunded.
When is my Payment Made?
Guides must confirm all new session requests. Once confirmed, you will see the payment made on your credit card.
What if the Guide doesn't show up?
If, for any reason, your guide does not arrive, send us a message to let us know that the session did not occur.
If possible, please provide a screenshot showing the time and the video chat window where the coach is absent. Screenshots help us immediately resolve any disputes that may arise.
